Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

  • If the item arrives damaged or faulty

  • If you receive the wrong product

  • If your order is not delivered

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the product issue

All refund requests will be reviewed by our team.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
